Returns Policy
Returns must be made within 30 days of order invoice date for US and Canadian customers.  Inspect your order once it is received to confirm accurate receipt of goods, to detect possible missing items, or damaged merchandise. Items should be returned in their original packaging. Unauthorized returns made within the acceptable timeframe will incur a 10-20% restock fee.

All returned items must be in resellable condition. Please note the following conditions of return item(s) are unacceptable: sticker marks (from price labels or otherwise), slash marks, bends or dents on the good(s).

Please wrap your return items carefully using ample packaging materials.  Returns received damaged will incur a fee or be unacceptable and returned to recipient.

No returns on any VHS tapes, DVDs, CDs, icons or sale items.  However, replacements will be given if item(s) are received damaged or
defective.
